Nevel Amadeus Papperman is a young man who dreams of someday owning his own haberdashery (a men's retail shop that sells accessories, such as wallets, hats, buttons, belts, ribbons, and zippers). He currently runs his own website called Nevelocity, where he reviews other websites and decides if they are "cool" or not. Nevel loved the iCarly web show, and even Carly herself, but because she did not return his affections he was determined to ruin the site's success. Eventually, though, Nevel was able to come to the iCarly gang for help when he needed it and may have even formed an odd friendship with them.
